July 11th, 2011, Neptune, the eighth planet from the sun, completed its first full rotation of the sun since its discovery in 1846.

Pluto (originally classified as the ninth planet from the Sun) had completed less than a third of its first full rotation around the sun since its discovery in 1930 before it was recategorized as a dwarf planet in 2006.
