Hey Angela,
As everyone knows, the JupiterBroadcasting community is a group of very
knowledgeable people. I had some trouble with a very important woman in
my life… PJ (Patty-Jane) – my beautiful truck. She has 177,328 miles
on her now, and I intend to keep her for another 177k miles.
A few months ago, I had the battery in my truck die, and
HoppingMadPaddy was able to use his knowledge of chemistry to help me
get it running enough to purchase a new one.
Some time passes, just before Christmas I stop at a gas station and
fill up my tank. I start my truck, and get all sorts of misfires and
assume I have bad gas. I run it out, refill, run it out, refill, and
still have issues, I knew gas was not the case. Knowing next to nothing
about cars, I figured it couldn\’t hurt to ask the JB chatroom. I got
help from several members in the chatroom and several members were able
to help me. crshbndct, mailhauler, and bilbo were first to respond with
ideas, suggestions, and debugging methods. I got a lot of work done, and
my truck was running much better, but the problem remained.
My brakes fail. I have to put the other work on hold and took care of
that (stopping seems more important than going.) Having fixed them, I
take back to working on the engine. Night after night working, I start
running out of options of what is causing the misfires. The members
listed above, and now ampd chimed in with ideas, and i promptly took
care of their suggestions. SUCCESS!!!
After the camshaft, temperature, and crankshaft sensors; fuel filter;
thermostat; spark plugs; wires; ignition coil; distributor cap; and
distributor rotor, she is now running much better than before the
problem started.
I wanted to give a special thank you to those of you who helped. It
really does mean a lot. Thank you.

Hi Angela and Chris,
I\’ve been a long time fan of all the Jupiter Broadcasting shows although I don\’t often get to view live due to living in the UK, and a busy schedule, I go by c4mel when I do manage to catch a live show.
Anyway I was feeling a little creative and so, inspired by the episode on Sweet Brown, I put together a remix type thing using FauxShow EP124 and thought I\’d let you know about it.

Love the shows and keep up all the great work 🙂
