Each bite of hard cheese has TEN TIMES whatever was in that sip of milk… because it takes ten pounds of milk to make one pound of cheese. Each bite of ice cream has 12 times … and every swipe of butter 21 times whatever is contained in the fat molecules in a sip of milk.

Calcium? Where do the COWS get calcium for their big bones? Yes… from plants! The calcium they consume from plants has a large amount of magnesium… necessary for the body to absorb and USE the calcium.

QUOTES
\”It\’s not natural for humans to drink cow\’s milk. Humans milk is for humans. Cow\’s milk is for calves. You have no more need of cow\’s milk than you do rats milk, horses milk or elephant\’s milk. Cow\’s milk is a high fat fluid exquisitely designed to turn a 65 lb baby calf into a 400 lb cow. That\’s what cow\’s milk is for!\” –Dr Michael Klaper MD
\”I no longer recommend dairy products after the age of 2 years. Other calcium sources offer many advantages that dairy products do not have.\” –Dr. Benjamin Spock

WELL, AT LEAST COW\’S MILK IS PURE
Or is it? Fifty years ago an average cow produced 2,000
pounds of milk per year. Today the top producers give 50,000
pounds! How was this accomplished? Drugs, antibiotics,
hormones, forced feeding plans and specialized breeding;
that\’s how.

Hey Chris (and Angela),
About three months ago, I bought a Toshiba laptop with Windows 8 preloaded, and hated it, even after an evening of giving it a chance to grow on me. I decided to give \’Linux\’ another try.
As it was about six or seven years since my last frustrating attempts to get Linux (Fedora, Debian, Mandrake) up and running on the PC I had at the time, and get some work done (spreadsheets, audio production, and a few other specific uses), I was expecting a nightmare of frustrations and long hours trawling forums to get everything working.
In reality, once I\’d disabled UEFI in BIOS, everything else worked out of the box! I got so carried away with glee, that my new laptop now has seven distros loaded: Mint 14, Ubuntu Studio and Server (both 12.10), Manjaro 0.8.3, Cinnarch, Ubuntu (w Unity) 12.04 LTS and Raring! I haven\’t quite got up to full capability with audio production, but for everything else, I really don\’t miss Windows 7 at all (which is a pleasant surprise).
Anyway, the reason for boring you with this is that once I got into using Linux, I naturally found out about the Linux Action Show, which lead me towards TechSNAP, Coder Radio, Unfilter and the Faux Show (that\’s as far as I\’ve got so far, only so much time in the day!) This Sunday was my first time listening to LAS live, and participating via IRC. I really appreciate what Jupiter Broadcasting does, and I\’d like to subscribe.
However, I work as an IT contractor and I\’m currently off work following surgery, as a consequence we have no money coming in. Even so, if JB stops producing shows, I\’ll have nothing to watch and listen to while I\’m recuperating, and that won\’t do at all. I realise that my measly $10 subscription won\’t keep the wolves from the door on it\’s own, but I hope it helps.
Keep on producing great content, and hang on in there; I\’m sure the good people who listen to the shows will come through for you.
