2011 Predictions:
A major hardware OEM will ship an ARM based desktop, running Ubuntu.
Users love Unity by 11.10. Soon after it’s clear most projects will try to support it if they are serious about the Linux Desktop. (OMG Ubuntu’s interview with Unity Dev.)
