*a popular Irish dry stout that originated in the brewery of Arthur Guinness(1725–1803)
*Guiness is Good for you!
*The breweries pioneered several quality control efforts.
*Studies claim that Guinness can be beneficial to the heart.
*Researchers found that antioxidant compounds in Guinness, similar to those found in certain fruits and vegetables
*responsible for health benefits because they slow down the deposit of harmful cholesterol on the artery walls.

How to Pour a Guinness

*THE black stuff is clarified with isinglass – a form of gelatine made from the air bladders of fish. It’s only a minute amount but technically it’s still a fishy pint.
